职位：Affiliate Account Manager
工作地点：Pasadena, CA 或 Portland, OR
工作性质：全职，薪资面议

岗位职责：
• Develop and maintain relationships with US/UK top 100 online merchants
• Work closely with our US operations team to develop promotional plans and draft campaign proposals
• Negotiate with affiliate managers of online merchants for competitive offers (commission increase/coupon code/exclusive offer)
• Monitor and analyze merchant performance on our website, report and give recommendations to Managing Director
• Assist colleagues and other departments as assigned or as needed

任职要求：
• 2-4 years account management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with affiliate network platforms, self-starter, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• A plus if you have experience of internet marketing and/or are familiar with the affiliate marketing
• Willing to travel, mostly in the US to meet the merchants if needed (3-4 conferences a year)
