Seeking general labor

We are seeking individuals to fill the general labor position.  This is a full time position.  Qualified applicants must be able to work either day or swing shift as assigned.  Some handyman or remodel experience a plus.  General laborer will report directly to the building manager.  

Daily duties are but not limited to:
• Cleaning of loading dock and building entrance
• General cleaning of build - as needed basis
• Restock janitorial supplies
• Light building maintenance
• Help commercial tenants
• Set up and tear down within the event spaces
• Act professionally and appropriately when in a tenant space.
• Demonstrate excellent communication when working with peers, vendors, and tenants
• Adhere to safety guidelines set by OSHA and attend regular safety meetings
• Communicate any outstanding property maintenance issues or safety issues immediately to manager
• and other assigned duties and tasks requested by the management team


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Fast learner that is capable of working independly
• Have manual dexterity to work with small objects
• Able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs occationally
• Valid CA driver's license and insurance in good standing
• Ability to track hours worked, communicate with other staff, record work completed, and other tasks as assigned
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Understanding and ability to follow safety procedures
• Must remain professional in all communications
• Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English) a plus

• 大楼的前门，后门和送货门的卫生
• 平常大楼保洁
• 补充清洁用品
• 轻型建筑维护
• 帮助商业租户
• 在活动空间内搭建和拆除
• 在租户空间内以专业和适当的方式行事
• 在与同行、供应商和租户合作时表现出良好的沟通
• 遵守 OSHA 制定的安全准则并参加定期安全会议
• 立即与经理沟通任何突出的维护问题或安全问题
• 听从和遵守管理团队的要求及其他分配职责和任务

知识、技能和能力：
• 能够独立工作和快速学习和完成工作
• 手脚灵巧
• 能够长时间行走或站立
• 偶尔能够举起、推或拉 50 磅的重物
• 有效的加州驾照和信誉良好的保险
• 能够与其他员工沟通、记录完成工作以及分配任务
• 了解并能够遵守安全程序
• 必须在所有沟通中保持专业
• 双语（普通话和英语）者优先
